Instructions
Slice several onions and fry in a 6 gallon.
Add whole chickens (if also some joints, add them later), cover with water and bring to the boil
Simmer until cooked
Remove and take the meat of the bone for serving.
The cooking liquid can be used as stock for cooking rice etc. to serve with it or as the basis for a chicken risotto.
